Policies
All tutors teaching minors have presented a clear, official background certificate.
If you choose a new tutor, you are invited to book a 15 minutes planning session to fix the goals and content of your lessons.
Your Tutor is a highly qualified professional. Lessons take place as booked. If, exceptionally, you need to reschedule your booked lesson, ask your tutor at least one clear working day beforehand (example, on Tuesday for a planned Thursday lesson). Bookings are not refundable.
