Each tutor also offers a 15 minutes online planning session for a low fee. That allows you to meet and talk to your tutor - so they can understand and plan for what you would like. Then at your own pace you can book further lessons with your chosen tutor.
Classes are held online via videoconference (Zoom, Google Meet, or other methods, depending on the instructor). Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a secure link to log in at the scheduled time.

Your Tutor is a highly qualified professional. Their expectation and yours is that lessons should take place as booked. If exceptionally you need to reschedule your booked lesson, ask your tutor by email at least one clear working day before the planned session (example, on Tuesday for a planned Thursday lesson). The tutor will propose alternative times for rescheduling, subject to mutual agreement.
Lessons postponed without such notice will be considered as given by the tutor. Similarly, if a student fails to connect within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time for the lesson, the tutor will close the online meeting and the booked lesson will be counted as given. Given the step by step engagement available to students on this school-platform, booked lessons are not refundable.
The standard duration is 60 minutes, but some instructors also offer short (30 minutes) or long (90 or 120 minutes) sessions.
Before starting your lessons, you and your tutor will have a 15-minute planning session.
Together you’ll discuss what you want to achieve, how long it might take and how progress will be measured. During every lesson your tutor will recognise your effort and contribution,
and every 10 hours of lessons (or 15 hours in a longer series) you’ll have a short review or “faites-le-point” session to adjust your plan if needed. This structure helps you stay on track
and makes it clear how each lesson brings you closer to your goal.
